Risk Layering Consultants, LLC is based on a simple concept: Risks add up and cannot be viewed in isolation. We have a straight forward approach to providing valuable risk management and risk assessment services to financial institutions. We first look at entity level controls relative to the unique layered risks of the company to identify gaps in the control infrastructure. The extent and depth of these controls are carefully analyzed in the context of the control culture and usefulness as a downstream backstop to prevent catastrophic risk.
